About the role

SKIMS is opening its first store in Kuwait and is looking for enthusiastic retail professionals to join the team. Positions available include Team Leader/Supervisor, Sales Advisor, Visual Merchandiser and Cashier, each playing a vital part in delivering the brand’s inclusive and innovative shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Team Leader/Supervisor: oversee daily store operations, ensure high‑level customer service, lead and develop the sales team, and drive achievement of sales targets.
• Sales Advisor: greet customers, provide styling advice, showcase product knowledge, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and meet personal and team sales goals.
• Visual Merchandiser: design and implement window and in‑store displays that reflect the SKIMS aesthetic, manage product presentation, and create a memorable visual experience.
• Cashier: handle transactions accurately and efficiently, maintain cash‑desk standards, and provide friendly, professional support at checkout.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or retail role.
• Leadership experience for supervisory positions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and its values.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or higher.
