About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team in Al Qurain, Kuwait. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to end‑users and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routers, switches and Wi‑Fi.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English and effective communication skills.
- Current residence in Kuwait.

What we offer
- Full‑time permanent position.
- Salary between KD 250 and KD 300 per month, based on experience and skills.
