Laboratory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Specialist to join our Oil & Gas technical services team in Kuwait. You will be responsible for conducting high‑quality laboratory tests and analyses on oil, gas, water and related process samples, supporting our commitment to safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses following standard operating procedures.
• Conduct chemical testing and analysis of oil, gas, water, and related process samples.
• Maintain, calibrate, and verify laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and testing procedures.
• Keep accurate laboratory records, test results, and documentation.
• Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technologies and industry best practices.
• Carry out additional laboratory duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in laboratory testing, chemical analysis, and sample preparation within the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
