Lead Planner

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a Lead Planner to join its EPC project team in Kuwait. The role focuses on preparing baseline schedules, supporting project controls, and ensuring progress is accurately recorded throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules in coordination with the project team for all EPC phases.
• Assist the Project Controls Manager with report preparation, progress measurement, and schedule updates.
• Review schedule updates, liaise with project teams, and highlight deviations or delays to management.
• Participate in claim preparation and time‑extension analysis using appropriate delay analysis methods.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting, budget preparation, and maintenance of planning records.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience on EPC projects above US$100M.
• Direct involvement in engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors, preferably with ADNOC experience.
• Ability to work under stressful situations and deliver accurate schedule risk analysis.
