Leasing Executive

About the role

The Leasing Executive will support and execute the leasing strategy for the company’s properties, focusing on maximizing occupancy, rental income and profitability through tenant acquisition, lease negotiations and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing leasing strategies, policies and procedures to achieve business development and leasing objectives.
• Support leasing operations including new lettings, renewals, expirations and tenancy matters.
• Identify potential clients, assess leasing proposals and perform financial background checks.
• Negotiate lease terms with existing and prospective clients and recommend preferred locations to senior management.
• Analyze market trends and assist in budgeting forecasts for leasing income and expenditure.
• Supervise handover and takeover of leased areas and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Coordinate with legal and finance departments to review leasing agreements and ensure compliance.
• Monitor leasing performance against KPIs, provide status updates and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Kuwaiti national
• 5‑6 years of experience in real estate leasing
• Bachelor’s degree required
