Licensed Practical Nurse – 2nd Floor Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the 2nd Floor Rehabilitation unit at Baptist Health. The LPN will work day shifts, providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver patient care.
• Maintain patient safety and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately and follow unit protocols.
• Participate in specialty unit education as required.

Required profile

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
• Current Healthcare CPR certification.
• Willingness to obtain ACLS, PALS, or NALS certifications if assigned.
• Commitment to ongoing specialty education provided by Baptist Health.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – training provided.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – training provided.
• NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support) – training provided.
