About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Lifeguard and be the first line of safety for guests enjoying the hotel pool. You will combine vigilant pool monitoring with the warm, service‑focused attitude that defines Hilton’s brand, ensuring every guest feels safe and welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist pool guests with a friendly, upbeat demeanor, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Monitor pool activity continuously, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices to prevent accidents.
• React quickly to emergencies according to the established emergency action plan, providing rescue, first aid, or CPR as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment through regular inspections, routine cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, upholding Hilton’s high standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
