Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead KDCow’s marketing strategy and execution from its headquarters in Kuwait. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, planning campaigns and promoting products across both traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing plans, budgets and promotional activities.
• Coordinate advertising, content creation, packaging communication and product launches.
• Analyse market data, consumer trends and competitive activity to adjust strategies.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate closely with sales, production and R&D teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, brand development and campaign planning within FMCG or food & beverage.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Familiarity with the GCC market; fluency in English, Arabic beneficial.
