About the role
We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Hawally, Kuwait. The role focuses on increasing product visibility and ensuring optimal stock levels across retail outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to boost product presence.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate timely replenishment and manage stock levels.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and suppliers.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required profile
- Experience in the FMCG sector (minimum 1 month).
- Immediate availability and ability to start right away.
- Valid driving license and own car.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Compliance with reporting requirements.
