Merchandiser – Retail Shelf Management

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to join our retail team. In this position you will ensure that our products are displayed correctly, maintain shelf standards, and support sales initiatives across store locations.
Key responsibilities
- Install point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and promotional displays.
- Report competitor activities to the merchandising unit head.
- Inspect shelves for damaged or dirty packaging and return defective items to the company.
- Verify that all product sizes and packings are stocked on shelves.
- Implement sales programs and maintain shelves according to rent agreements.
- Ensure shelf pricing is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Complete customer card entries accurately.
- Perform price fishing when required.
- Conduct monthly inventory of POS materials.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar merchandising or retail role.
