About the role
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is launching a recruitment drive for a range of hospitality positions across its 5‑star property. Candidates will join a dynamic team delivering luxury service in rooms, restaurants, lounges, catering and events.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant or lounge, ensuring service standards.
- Lead and motivate teams in outside catering and event divisions.
- Maintain guest satisfaction through quality control and prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to support seamless hotel operations.
- Contribute to revenue growth by implementing upselling and cost‑control initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant hospitality role.
- Equivalent degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism or related field.
- Open to all nationalities; ability to work in Kuwait.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
