About the role

Al Ghunaim is expanding its team in Kuwait and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Multiple full‑time positions are available across the coffee shop, ranging from front‑line barista roles to store management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Supervise daily operations, inventory, and staff scheduling (for lead and managerial roles).
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries.
• Support training and development of junior staff.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Kuwait.
• Barista: minimum 3 years of coffee‑shop experience.
• Lead Barista, Assistant Store Manager, Management Trainee: minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hospitality, coffee‑shop, or retail management background preferred.

Required skills

• Strong communication abilities.
• Leadership and team‑coordination skills.
• Operational awareness of store processes.
