About the role
The Occupational Therapist will join an inpatient rehabilitation team, providing autonomous and accountable care to a complex patient population. The role emphasizes professional growth and the delivery of age‑appropriate therapeutic interventions during the day shift.
Key responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients, addressing a complex patient population.
- Deliver age‑appropriate care and interventions across the patient spectrum.
- Work autonomously within the day shift (7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.) while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
Required profile
- BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Arkansas State Board license or temporary graduate license.
- Less than one year of professional experience acceptable; must meet Level I career ladder requirements.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
