Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

About the role

The Inpatient Rehabilitation team is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population. You will work day shifts, delivering therapeutic services tailored to patients of all ages while supporting department growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for inpatient rehab patients.
• Deliver care appropriate to the ages and functional levels of each patient.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical standards and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Participate in professional development activities and department improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Arkansas State Board of Occupational Therapy license or temporary graduate license.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• Maintain Level I career ladder requirements.
• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
