Occupational Therapist – Weekend Inpatient Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation agency on a weekend schedule. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care to a complex population while supporting professional growth within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to inpatient clients during weekend shifts (7:30 am – 4:00 pm).
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to patients of varying ages and conditions.
• Maintain documentation and complete all facility competencies required for the role.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in ongoing departmental initiatives and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Current Arkansas state license to practice occupational therapy.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Demonstrated independence, accountability, and commitment to patient care.
• Willingness to work exclusively on weekends.

Required skills

• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
