About the role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation agency on a weekend schedule. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality occupational therapy services to a complex patient population during the weekend shift.

Key responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to inpatient rehab patients during weekend hours (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
Demonstrate independence and accountability while managing complex cases.
Complete all facility competencies and required documentation.

Required profile

Valid Arkansas State Board license in Occupational Therapy.
BS, MS, or DPT degree in Occupational Therapy.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
