About the role

The Officer – Fraud Card Services is responsible for monitoring card transactions, detecting fraudulent activity, and taking immediate action to protect customers and the bank from financial loss.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of card transactions to identify potential fraud.
• Block cards for customers who confirm fraudulent transactions.
• Notify management of identified fraud cases.
• Handle customer queries related to card transactions.
• Raise claims through the claim system for disputed transactions.
• Contact customers or merchants to gather additional information for claim resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Punctual, disciplined, and customer‑focused with high integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with card fraud monitoring systems or claim handling tools.
