About the role
The Officer – Fraud Card Services is responsible for monitoring card transactions, detecting fraudulent activity, and taking immediate action to protect customers and the bank from financial loss.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring of card transactions to identify potential fraud.
- Block cards for customers who confirm fraudulent transactions.
- Notify management of identified fraud cases.
- Handle customer queries related to card transactions.
- Raise claims through the claim system for disputed transactions.
- Contact customers or merchants to gather additional information for claim resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Punctual, disciplined, and customer‑focused with high integrity.
Required skills
- Experience with card fraud monitoring systems or claim handling tools.
