Operational Specialist

About the role

Manahel AlThenayan Company is looking for a full-time, on-site Operational Specialist based in Kuwait City. The role supports and improves day-to-day business operations by monitoring workflows, coordinating between departments and ensuring tasks and projects follow company procedures and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Track operational performance and prepare reports
• Support process improvements and the implementation of new tools or systems
• Help align operational activities with sales efforts and follow up on client requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Collaborate with management and team members to identify issues, recommend solutions and keep daily operations running smoothly

Required profile

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in operations or a similar role
• Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City and in a diverse team

Required skills

• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Communication skills to coordinate with teams and report clearly
• Sales-related skills to support sales processes and customer needs
• Operations and project management skills to manage workflows and projects within timelines and budgets
• Proficiency with MS Office and business software is an advantage
