Operations Coordinator – Property Management

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations for our property portfolio in Kuwait. The role works closely with the VP of Property Management and serves as the main point of contact for tenants, contractors and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for tenant, contractor and vendor inquiries via email or phone, providing timely and professional responses.
• Organise and schedule meetings and appointments for the VP‑Property Management.
• Prepare correspondences, draft memos, and create reports and presentations.
• Issue work permits and access cards according to tenant requirements and established procedures.
• Maintain organised records of tenant files and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support, follow up on queries and requests from tenants and visitors.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager.

Required profile

• High School diploma or secretarial certification with equivalent experience.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
• 2‑5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real‑estate sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
