Operations Manager (Food & Beverage)

About the role

Nawat, a fast‑growing food brand, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities and support its expansion across Kuwait. The role focuses on streamlining production, inventory, and supplier coordination while ensuring high product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations and maintain smooth workflow.
• Oversee production planning, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor product quality, food‑safety standards, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead, mentor, and support the operations team.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare operational reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience, preferably in food & beverage or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
