About the role
The company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily delivery, logistics, and transportation activities in Kuwait. The role requires fluent communication in both Arabic and English and the ability to lead a team of drivers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate drivers and daily delivery operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and driver productivity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
