Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist is an experienced warehouse employee who knows warehouse processes well and needs little supervision. The person handles incoming vendor receipts, keeps components stored securely, responds quickly to material needs and coordinates shipments to customers, acting as a go-to resource for colleagues and supporting cross-departmental communication.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, ship, pick jobs and break down store orders
• Follow procedures and keep the workplace clean and organized
• Help teammates reach their goals by stepping in where needed
• Maintain and develop Excel-based inventory, labeling forms and trackers
• Run physical inventories and continuous improvement projects
• Analyze data on part consumption and trends, and submit accurate reports to stakeholders
• Generate professional reports such as the Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL)

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and/or material handling; manufacturing experience strongly desired
• Technical knowledge of M1A2, M1A2K and M88 vehicles for parts identification
• Ability to obtain a powered industrial equipment license and to pass a deployment physical
• Valid U.S. passport and ability to pass a background investigation for a work visa
• Ability to safely lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg); prior MENA experience desirable
