Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative will act as the face of Midas Furniture in the field, visiting clients and prospects to showcase our product range and build lasting relationships that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers across the assigned territory.
• Present Midas Furniture products, solutions and promotions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, follow up on leads and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with showroom staff and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
• Stay informed about product features, market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management capabilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in training or product‑knowledge sharing is a plus.
• Relevant experience in furniture, retail or related sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site, travel locally and manage time and territory efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is advantageous.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
