About the role
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef Assistant to join Celene's production team in West Abu Fatira, Kuwait. The role focuses on chocolate production and requires a strong technical background in cocoa science.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of chocolate items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues independently.
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure product consistency.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chocolate making.
- Strong knowledge of cocoa and chocolate science, including tempering, crystallization, and flavor profiling.
- Ability to work independently and handle production challenges.
