About the role

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) works on the 3rd Floor Rehab unit during night hours (6:30 pm – 7:00 am). The PCT assists patients and families with basic care, hygiene, and monitoring, acting as a key member of the patient‑care team.

Key responsibilities

Provide basic patient care, hygiene assistance, and monitoring.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient support.

Required profile

Willingness to work flexible night hours.
Good organization, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and apply new healthcare‑related skills.
Proactive problem‑solving and customer‑need anticipation.

Required skills

CPR certification (provided if not already held).
