People, Culture & Change Management Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced People, Culture & Change Management Manager to lead transformational change and human capital projects for clients across the Middle East. The role combines organizational psychology with practical HR transformation to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end change programs using the PROSCI‑ADKAR framework and performance‑excellence models.
• Build and manage teams of change champions, act as communication officer, and coach executive sponsors.
• Design and implement organizational structures, conduct job analysis, and develop job descriptions for large volumes of roles.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and process maps in line with national labor laws and best practices.
• Create integrated frameworks for performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyse results and devise action plans to strengthen culture.
• Perform strategic workforce planning, capacity assessments and FTE analysis to guide right‑sizing decisions.
• Apply EFQM and Sterling International Performance Excellence frameworks to assess organisational maturity.
• Design and facilitate leadership development and coaching interventions.
• Own project management for engagements in sectors such as aviation, education and healthcare, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in change management and human capital consulting.
• Advanced degree (MSc) in Psychology of Work or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation projects for diverse organisations.
• Strong knowledge of HR governance, talent management, organisational design and workforce planning.
