About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Talent Officer to lead our talent acquisition and management initiatives. In this senior position you will shape recruitment strategies, develop succession plans, and guide career progression across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and execute a talent recruitment strategy for senior‑level hires.
- Coordinate recruitment events, networking, and candidate outreach.
- Develop and organize employee training and succession programs.
- Collaborate with HR and senior management on promotion policies and onboarding.
- Assess hiring needs, update strategies, and work with team leaders on performance improvement plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with performance management software.
