About the role
Anton, a global integrated oil and gas value-added management services company headquartered in Dubai, is hiring a Consultant - Petroleum Engineer for its On-sync Energy Management Services Company in Kuwait. The role focuses on optimizing well performance and providing specialist engineering support.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize producer and injector performance through productivity, injectivity and nodal analysis to maximize well deliverability.
- Provide specialist expertise in artificial lift, including ESP design, optimization, troubleshooting and performance diagnostics.
- Support complex workovers and well interventions, including well-integrity diagnosis and remediation.
- Support advanced well design and completion strategies, including horizontal and multilateral wells.
- Evaluate selective production/injection completions, stimulation programs and smart-well applications where applicable.
- Provide well-level engineering support for production and injection optimization.
