About the role

The Physical Therapist provides independent, accountable care to a complex inpatient population, contributing to both patient outcomes and departmental growth. This full‑time day‑shift position works from 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. in an agency‑based inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver age‑appropriate physical therapy interventions to a diverse patient population.
• Maintain independence and accountability while managing complex cases.
• Participate in professional development and departmental improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies.
• CPR certification (provided upon hire).

Required skills

• Physical therapy assessment and treatment planning.
• Rehabilitation techniques for various age groups.
• Patient care documentation.
