About the role
This position is for a Physical Therapist Floater working in an outpatient therapy setting. The role involves delivering high‑quality care to a complex patient population while supporting the growth of the therapy department.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient care for a complex outpatient population, adapting treatment to the age and needs of each patient.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability in delivering therapy services.
- Support professional and departmental growth through continuous learning and collaboration.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of required facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
- Current CPR certification.
Required skills
- Ability to deliver age‑appropriate therapeutic interventions.
What we offer
- Day shift schedule (8 am–5 pm) with 80 hours authorized bi‑weekly.
- Opportunity to work within the Therapy Central Office outpatient setting.
