Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater will provide high‑quality outpatient therapy services to a complex patient population. Working within the Therapy Central Office, you will operate independently while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions to patients of varying ages.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability in patient care planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to department growth.
• Work a standard day shift (8 am–5 pm) and complete 80 hours bi‑weekly.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of all required facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
• Commitment to ongoing education and quality improvement.

Required skills

• Physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques.
• CPR certification.
