Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides outpatient therapy services across a complex patient population. Working a standard day shift (8‑5) and delivering 80 hours bi‑weekly, the role requires independence, accountability, and a commitment to professional and departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy assessments, treatment plans, and interventions to outpatient clients, including those with complex conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Arkansas state regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and achieve departmental objectives.
• Uphold a full‑day schedule, adhering to the 8‑5 shift and bi‑weekly hour requirements.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and departmental improvement.
