Physical Therapist – Full-Time, Non-Exempt

About the role

Pana Community Hospital is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join its Rehabilitation Services team. This full‑time, non‑exempt position works across both the critical access hospital and an outpatient rehab clinic, offering diverse clinical experiences in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Guide patients through therapy sessions to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Illinois.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Required skills

• Current CPR certification.
• Active Illinois PT license.
