Physical Therapy Assistant – Agency Inpatient Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our agency‑based inpatient rehabilitation team. The role operates on a day shift from 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and supports a complex patient population under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver appropriate therapeutic care to patients of varying ages, following the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability while providing care to a complex patient population.
• Complete all facility competencies and maintain required documentation.
• Contribute to professional and departmental growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast‑paced inpatient setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy care protocols and patient handling.
• Competence in completing facility‑specific clinical competencies.
