About the role

The Planning Engineer will develop production schedules and fabrication plans for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and related components, ensuring alignment with customer delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

Review approved drawings, BOM, customer specifications and internal job requirements before release to the shop floor.
Monitor daily and weekly production progress, identify delays and implement recovery actions.
Track material availability, subcontract activities and long‑lead items to avoid bottlenecks.
Maintain job‑wise progress reports for management review.
Coordinate with design, procurement, production, stores and QA/QC to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

Strong Excel, reporting and communication skills.
Familiarity with pressure vessel, heat exchanger, radiators and ASME U‑Stamp requirements.
