Procurement Category Manager

About the role

The Procurement Category Manager will own the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle for the marketing category, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing, high‑quality supplier relationships, and timely delivery across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand consolidation, sourcing, commercial negotiation, contract execution and delivery for the marketing category.
• Lead supplier development, evaluation, KPI setting and performance management.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Build and refine category management frameworks and explore new procurement models.
• Drive cost control and optimisation through negotiation, contract management and process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years on the client/buyer side.
• Experience in marketing‑related procurement is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of internet industry procurement dynamics.
• High professional integrity and ability to work under pressure.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
