About the role

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Officer to join our fast‑growing food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and purchasing the products and supplies needed to keep our kitchens running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for food, beverage and operational items.
Negotiate terms, prices and contracts to secure the best value.
Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.

Required profile

2–3 years of procurement experience within the food and beverage sector.
Proven ability to source suppliers and negotiate effectively.
Experience purchasing food, beverage and operational supplies.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
