About the role
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Officer to join our fast‑growing food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and purchasing the products and supplies needed to keep our kitchens running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for food, beverage and operational items.
- Negotiate terms, prices and contracts to secure the best value.
- Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of procurement experience within the food and beverage sector.
- Proven ability to source suppliers and negotiate effectively.
- Experience purchasing food, beverage and operational supplies.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
