About the role

Rahul Restaurant, a growing dining venue specializing in traditional Kuwaiti cuisine, is looking for a professional Real Estate Marketing Specialist. Based in Al Asimah, this full‑time, on‑site position will drive brand awareness, attract new customer segments, and increase foot traffic through targeted, location‑based marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant’s brand and menu.
• Identify and engage new customer segments, including nearby businesses, property owners, and community groups.
• Coordinate promotions, events, and partnerships with local stakeholders to boost visibility.
• Collect market feedback, monitor campaign performance, and report results to management.
• Maintain relationships with property owners and nearby commercial premises to secure cross‑promotional opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate or location‑based marketing, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong ability to conduct local market research and outreach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Organizational talent with the capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Kuwaiti market preferences, especially in food and hospitality.
