About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for the Food & Beverage department of a renowned 5‑star hotel in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role supports the hotel’s procurement activities, ensuring that all F&B supplies are sourced efficiently and cost‑effectively. The coordinator will collaborate with the culinary and finance teams to align purchasing plans with budgetary targets and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Previous experience in purchasing for a hotel, restaurant, catering company or food store, preferably within the F&B sector.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

Competitive salary of KWD 200–250.
Accommodation, transportation, meals and an annual air ticket.
Friday off and a half‑day on Saturday.
Full‑time permanent position.
