QC Engineer – Civil Construction (2 positions)

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Civil Quality Control Engineers to join our Quality Control Department in Jahra, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing construction quality, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating corrective actions on site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site quality inspections across concrete, masonry, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Issue non‑conformance reports (NCRs), warning letters and penalty notices.
• Follow up on consultant letters and site quality comments.
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to achieve timely rectification of quality issues.
• Verify corrective actions and close quality‑related issues.

Required profile

• KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) approval.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5‑8 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably in the GCC.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
