About the role
Join Square Yards as a Real Estate Sales Professional in Kuwait, working full‑time on‑site to connect buyers and sellers, conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close transactions while delivering market insights and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Arrange and lead property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate agreement signing between parties.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Provide up‑to‑date market analysis and property trend information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales and negotiation experience, preferably in real estate.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse property trends.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with Kuwait real‑estate laws and regulations is a plus.
