Real Property Specialist

About the role

The Real Property Specialist is responsible for evaluating, recommending, and managing programs related to new construction, renovation, and improvement of real‑property facilities, including utility systems. The role also oversees day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services at the assigned location to ensure quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Attend required meetings and act as the point of contact for real‑property accounting and management.
• Maintain accurate real‑property records and ensure data is validated and current in government tracking systems.
• Conduct space‑utilization studies, provide recommendations, and coordinate space requests with users.
• Collaborate with base agencies on master‑planning and site‑planning for a variety of facilities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience managing and recording real‑property data.
• U.S. citizenship required for facility credentials/authorization.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong judgment, multitasking ability, and capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Extensive working knowledge of AutoCAD 2010 or later.
