Registered Nurse – 2nd Floor Rehab (Night Shift)

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the 2nd Floor Rehabilitation unit on the night shift (6:30 pm – 7:00 am). The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training to provide high‑quality patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and adherence to department policies.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols during night hours.
• Participate in unit-specific education and specialty training as required.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Active Arkansas nursing license; BSN preferred.
• Ability to function as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.
• Not currently enrolled in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification (required).
• Potential ACLS, PALS, or NALS certification (training provided as needed).
