Registered Nurse – Night Shift – Rehab (3rd Floor)

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 3rd Floor Rehabilitation unit on the night shift (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training to provide high‑quality patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and adherence to department policies.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit workflow standards.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or RN in good standing, licensed in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Ability to function as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.
• Not currently participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification (required).
• Potential ACLS, PALS, or NALS certification (training provided as needed).
