Remote Croatian Pre-Sales Representative

About the role

Join TalentWorldGroup as a Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative supporting a leading European travel‑tech platform. You will engage homeowners, qualify their properties for the vacation‑rental marketplace, and hand over promising leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls and assess suitability for the platform.
• Ask qualifying questions about properties, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Record detailed interaction notes and schedule follow‑ups.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in calling environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable handling warm and cold outreach calls.
• Strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proficient with CRM databases.
• Ability to multitask, manage follow‑ups and work independently in a remote setting.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good collaboration skills.
