Restaurant Floor Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Restaurant Floor Manager will lead the dining area operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily workflow. This position requires strong leadership, Arabic language skills, and the ability to drive sales and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales and profitability, develop and implement strategic plans to meet targets.
• Train new employees across all restaurant positions and ensure compliance with food safety procedures.
• Create weekly/monthly work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
• Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Oversee opening and closing activities, manage maintenance issues, and ensure cleanliness of dining and guest areas.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, bank deposits, and control operating expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Collaborate with Area Manager, Chef, and Marketing team on menu planning, promotions, and events.
• Ensure all government and safety documentation is up‑to‑date and that fire, health, and safety regulations are consistently followed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a floor manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
