Restaurant Supervisor & Chinese Chef – Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our South Indian restaurant in Mangaf. Two immediate openings are available: a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee front‑of‑house and kitchen operations, and a Chinese Master (chef) specialized in Chinese and Indo‑Chinese cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant activities, manage staff schedules, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Oversee front‑desk operations and coordinate with kitchen teams.
• Implement cost‑cutting measures and monitor inventory.
• Handle basic accounting tasks related to daily sales and expenses.
• Prepare authentic Chinese and Indo‑Chinese dishes, maintaining high quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant supervision with local knowledge of Mangaf’s market.
• Strong understanding of cost control and basic accounting principles.
• For the chef role, demonstrated expertise in Chinese and Indo‑Chinese culinary techniques.
