Rider Engagement Associate – Maternity Cover (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for a Rider Engagement Associate on a 9‑month maternity cover to lead rider engagement initiatives across Kuwait. You will own the planning, budgeting, execution and reporting of events and communications that enhance the rider experience and strengthen our relationship with the rider fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget and execute rider engagement events, seasonal activations and in‑person activities.
• Develop and deliver multi‑channel rider communications to drive awareness and participation.
• Gather intel through surveys, focus groups and reporting, sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations and other internal teams to roll out rider‑focused programmes.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as satisfaction surveys and redemption rates.
• Identify and negotiate benefit partnerships with local businesses to enrich the rider proposition.
• Build strong relationships with riders and act as their voice within the business.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing or Community Engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu a plus.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to drive projects independently.
• Experience coordinating events or engagement initiatives is a plus.
